The Warden
The head of the Network Jail is the ruthless Warden whose origin has become such a mixture of truth and rumors that it would take a time much longer then anyone in the staff is willing to take. Some believe she was the one that caught the two Devils in the first place, others believe she is one of the Devils. Regardless, she tends to strike fear into most of her staff and the inmates.
